Welcome to River Tech Inc. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our websites, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Services"), which include the Smart Refill platform for water station partners and the River platform for water subscription clients.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.
2. The Services
Our platform connects water refilling stations ("Partners") with customers seeking water delivery subscriptions ("Clients"). We provide the technology to facilitate order management, delivery tracking, and payment processing.
3. Partner Obligations (Smart Refill)
- Maintain all necessary business permits and health certifications (e.g., DOH accreditation).
- Fulfill orders promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about your products and services.
- Ensure the quality and safety of the water you provide.
4. Client Obligations (River)
- Provide accurate delivery information.
- Ensure someone is available to receive deliveries.
- Make timely payments through our cashless system.
5. Payments
All payments are processed through our secure, cashless system. We do not take a commission on the water price for our Partners. Payouts to Partners and payments from Clients are handled as described in the respective platform agreements.
6. Data and Privacy
We collect and use your data to provide and improve our Services. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information.
7. Intellectual Property
All content and technology associated with our platforms, including our brands, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of River Tech Inc. and its licensors. You may not use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
8. Prohibited Conduct
- Use the Services for any illegal purpose.
- Circumvent our platform to transact directly with Partners or Clients you met through our Services.
- Interfere with the proper functioning of our platform.
- Upload malicious code or attempt to breach our security measures.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may stop using our Services at any time.
10. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" without any warranties. We are a technology platform and are not responsible for the quality, safety, or delivery of water, which is the sole responsibility of the Partner.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, River Tech Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
